摘要
目的:观察快胃舒肝片治疗肝胃不和型慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将门诊68例肝胃不和型慢性浅表性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组32例。治疗组给予快胃舒肝片4片/次,2次/d,口服。对照组给予雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊10 mg/次,1次/d,早餐前30分钟口服;多潘立酮10 mg/次,3次/d,餐前30分钟口服。2组均以4周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后复查胃镜,治疗结束1个月后进行随访。结果:治疗组在近期临床治愈率、总有效率、复发率、不良反应等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:快胃舒肝片治疗肝胃不和型慢性浅表性胃炎疗效显著,且无任何毒副作用及不良反应。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treating chronic superficial gastritisfast with the type of disharmony of liver and stomach with KuaiWei ShuGan tablets.Method：68 cases of chronic superficial gastritisfast with the type of disharmony of liver and stomach were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group had 36 patients and the control group had 32 cases.The treatment group received four KuaiWei ShuGan tablets,2 times 1 day,orally.The control group were given enteric-coated capsules of rabeprazole 10 mg 1 time,1 time 1 day,orally 30 minutes before breakfast;domperidone 10mg 1 time,3 times 1 d,orally 30 minutes before a meal.A course contained 4 weeks,repeated endoscopy after 2 treatment courses,recurrence were followed up after treatment for 1 month.Result：The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in recent clinical cure rate,the total effect rate,relapse rate,adverse reactions,etc.（P0.01）.Conclusion：KuaiWei ShuGan tablets have significant effect in treating chronic superficial gastritisfast with the type of disharmony of liver and stomach,and without any side effects and adverse reactions.
