摘要
慢性肾衰竭(CRF)是一种危及多种器官和组织的疾病,包括不同阶段和不同种类的心血管疾病。虽然维持性血液透析(MHD)技术已用于临床对终末期肾病患者的治疗,但心血管并发症仍严重影响CRF和MHD患者的生存率。超声诊断技术已广泛应用于临床诊断和评估CRF和MHD导致的心血管并发症。本文就该技术对CRF和MHD导致的心血管并发症的临床诊断和评估及一些新技术进行简要介绍。
Chronic renal failure（CRF） is a kind of disease that damage multitude systems and organs,including different degrees and different kinds of cardiovascular and vessel complications.The maintenance hemodialysis（MHD） has been applied in the treatment of end stage renal disease,but the cardiovascular and vessel complications are still the dead diseases in patients with CRF and MHD.Ultrasound is widely applied in diagnosis and assessment of cardiac and vessel complications in patients with CRF and MHD.The progresses of ultrasound studying in the cardiac and vessel complications in patients with CRF and MHD were reviewed in this article.
