摘要
目的：观察和评价巩膜两瓣法包裹带线羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术的临床疗效。方法：32例（32眼）患者行眼内容剜除术后,鼻上,颞下方剪开巩膜,将巩膜分成二瓣,剪断视神经,植入带线羟基磷灰石义眼座,将带线羟基磷灰石义眼台与巩膜瓣4位点紧密缝合,观察术后效果。结果：术后随访3-27月,患者术后义眼座球体稳固,双眼对称,外观逼真,活动度：内转、外转达10°-15°,上转、下转达10°。无感染、暴露、移位等发生。结论：本术式安全可行,操作简便,并发症少,义眼活动更满意,值得推广。
Objective：To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of implantation of hydroxyatite artificial eye with line wrapped with sclera petal.Method：Patients were underwent evisceration enucleated.Then the scleral shell was cut between the lower temporal and the top of the nasal.The sclera was splitted into two pieces.Then the hydroxyatite artificial eye with line was implanted after the optic nerve was cut.Tightly stitched between he hydroxyatite artificial eye with line and the 4-bit sclera petal.The effect was observed after operation.Result：3 to 27 months after operation,all the patients＇ hydroxyatites were stabled,the orbit was full,the appearance was realistic and the activity was satisfying.Conclusion：This method is safe,convenient,with low complications and satisfying activity.It is worth promoting.
