恒压供水系统中的变频调速控制

摘要 介绍了变频调速系统在恒压供水系统中的应用,并采用89C51单片机来组成微机控制系统。通过对硬件和软件的设计,实现了恒压供水系统的数字控制。即由水压传感器测量管路中水的压力,并将其转换成变频调速系统的频率输入信号,通过软件编程,形成脉冲宽度调制(PWM)信号,来控制变频器主电路中功率元件的导通和截止,从而实现对水泵电机的变频调速,达到恒压供水的目的。 The application of speed adjusting with altering flequency in the isobaric water-supplying system is intro-duced. which is a microcomputer control system with 89C51 CPU. Digital control of the isobaric water-supplying system isrealized through the design of software and hardware . Water pressure in the pipe is measured by sensor . then transtrormed into the frequent importing signal of the speed-adjusting system. Then PWM signals are formed through programming tocontrol the opening or closing of the power components in the main circuit of the transducer. And thus the speed adjustingof the pump motor with altering frequency can be realized the purpose of isobaric water supplying.
