摘要
目的分析临时跨膝外固定器治疗复杂开放性胫骨平台骨折的意义。方法回顾本院收治的8例复杂开放性胫骨平台骨折的患者，对其先行急诊清创缝合、跨膝外固定器固定，伤口愈合后Ⅱ期开放复位、内固定。结果全部病例均得到随访，时间9～28个月，急诊清创缝合、跨膝外固定器固定术后2例出现伤口并发症，换药后治愈，开放复位、内固定术后伤口均甲级愈合，膝关节功能按Hss评分，优良率87．5％。结论在复杂开放性胫骨平台治疗中，跨膝外固定器和开放复位内固定技术结合使用，发挥了两者的优点，弥补了各自的缺点，伤口并发症少，膝关节功能满意。
Objective To analyse the superiority of complex opened tibial plateau fractures treated by temporary external fixation straddling the knee. Method 8 eases of complex opened tibial plateau fractures were treated by temporary external fixation straddling the knee and open reduction and internal fixation later from March 2008 to May 2009. Result All patients were followed-up for 9 ~ 28 months（ average 14. 5 months）. 2 patients had wound complication after exopexy but cured. All healed wounds achieved A grade after ORIF. According to the HSS score system, the rate of excellent and good was 87. 5%. Conclusion In the course of treating complex opened tibial plateau fractures,temporary exopexy and ORIF can make use of the advantages and avoid disadvantages.
