摘要
合成了对称的六齿(N6型)双核配体N,N,N',N'-四(2甲基苯并咪唑)乙二胺(EDTB)及两种含锰()双核配合物:[Mn2EDTB(CH3COO)2](CH3COO)(ClO4)·2CH3CH2OH·4H2O(),[Mn2EDTB(CH3COO)2](CH3COO)(NO3)·4CH3CH2OH(),并对配体EDTB,配合物(),()进行了核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)、紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)、摩尔电导、中远红外(IR)、电子自旋共振(ESR)和循环伏安(CV)研究.由此推测配合物(),()均具有两个乙酸基桥连的八面体配位结构,这两种配合物也可作为过氧化氢酶、核苷酸还原酶的模型化合物.
The synthesis of a symmetric sixdentate (N 6) ligand(N,N,N',N'-tetrakis(2 benzimidazo-lylmethyl)-ethylenediamine (EDTB) and two dinuclear complexes containing manganese(Ⅱ):[Mn 2EDTB(CH 3COO) 2](CH 3COO)(ClO 4)·2CH 3CH 2OH·4H 2O(Ⅰ),[Mn 2EDTB(CH 3COO) 2](CH 3COO)(NO 3)·4CH 3CH 2OH(Ⅱ),arereported.LigandEDTB,complexeⅠ andcomplexeⅡ arestudiedin 1 HNMR,UV-Vis,molar conductivtity,middle and far IR,ESR and Cyclic Voltammogram.It is reckoned that complexe Ⅰ's and complexe Ⅱ's coordination gremetry may be close to octahedral or distorted octahedral. They can be used as model compound of the catalase and ribonucleotide reductase.
