为了充分开发棕榈新产品,对棕榈树的概况及使用价值进行了论述,介绍了棕榈中棕榈油和棕苞的形态特征、食用和药用价值,并对棕榈树的加工前景做了展望,为棕榈的开发应用提供了一定的依据。
For a better development of palm products,the general information of palm tree and its values are discussed.The palm oil,the shaping characteristics of palm shell,and its edible and medicinal value are all introduced.The processing prospects of palm tree are put forward as well.All the above discussions provide certain basic considerations for the development and application of palm tree.
