环保型HFC–365mfc基聚氨酯硬泡材料 被引量:6

Polyurethane Rigid Foam Materials Based on Environment-Friendly HFC-365mfc

摘要 通过对比HFC–365mfc和HCFC–141b体系泡沫力学性能、导热系数等,对HFC–365mfc发泡剂在聚氨酯硬泡中的应用作了比较系统的研究。研究结果表明,HFC–365mfc作为环保型的发泡剂通过改变组合料配方,其制得的泡沫泡孔细腻、均匀,导热系数低,耐老化性能好,产品性能与现有HCFC–141b体系相当,是现有冷藏集装箱用聚氨酯硬泡组合料HCFC–141b发泡剂替代的首选产品。 Applications of HFC-365mfc blowing agent in rigid polyurethane foam were systematically studied by comparing mechanical properties,thermal conductivities,etc of HFC-365mfc system with HCFC-141b system.The research results show that the foams made from environment-friendly blowing agent HFC-365mfc by changing blend polyol formulation have fine and uniform cell structure,low thermal conductivities and good anti-aging properties.The performance of this product is the same as that of existing HCFC-141b system.HFC-365mfc blowing agent is the first alternative of HCFC-141b blowing agent used in rigid polyurethane foam blend polyol for existing refrigerated container.
