摘要
研究了含能有机铅、铜盐即3–硝基–1,2,4–三唑–5酮(NTO)和4–硝基咪唑铅、铜盐及其复配体系对双基推进剂燃烧性能和燃烧残渣率的影响。结果表明,NTO和4–硝基咪唑铅、铜盐及其复配体系均可明显提高双基推进剂的燃速,降低推进剂的压强指数;NTO和4–硝基咪唑铅、铜盐与炭黑形成的铅/铜/炭燃烧催化剂复配体系使双基推进剂在7.0~13.0 MPa压强范围内产生了明显的平台燃烧效应,甚至在10.0~13.0 MPa压强范围内均出现了"麦撒效应";铅/铜/炭燃烧催化剂复配体系可使双基推进剂燃烧残渣率降至3.0%以下。
Influence of energetic organolead and organocopper salts(lead and copper salts of 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazole-5-one(NTO) and 4-nitroimidazole) and their composite systems on the combustion performance and combustion residue rate of double-based propellant was studied.The results show that the lead and copper salts of NTO and 4-nitroimidazole,and their composite systems all can significantly increase the combustion rate of the double-based propellant and decrease the pressure exponent of the propellant.The lead/copper/carbon combustion composite catalyst complex systems formed from the lead and copper salts of NTO,lead and copper salts of 4-nitroimidazole with carbon black make the double-based propellant produce an obvious plateau combustion effect in the pressure range of 7.0~13.0 MPa,even the"mesa effect" appears in the pressure range of 10.0~13.0 MPa,the combustion residue rate of the double-based propellant decreases to lower than 3.0%.
