摘要
从江西省两猪场流行病学、临诊症状及病理变化差异较大的仔猪病例中分离到两株有囊膜的正二十面体病毒( 命名为GN9801 和GN9802) ,经鉴定均为伪狂犬病病毒。GN9801 毒株对猪的致病性及致鸡胚成纤维细胞的病变作用均比GN9802 毒株强。
Two local strains (designated as GN9801, GN9802) of Pseudorabies virus, which caused piglet diseases with different epidemiology, symptoms and lesions, were isolated and identified from two pig farms in Jiangxi Province. Pigs are more susceptible to GN9801 strain, and the GN9801 strain has severe cytopathic effect (CPE) on chicken embryo fibroblast (CEF) culture.
