摘要
较系统研究了甘蓝夜蛾越夏蛹和越冬蛹体内过氧化氢酶(CAT) 活力的变化。结果表明:(1) 越夏蛹在夏季高温下培养和在恒温15 ℃下培养,两者之间没有显示CAT活力的差异;(2) 越冬蛹在冬季低温下培养和在恒温25 ℃下培养,在滞育期间两者之间CAT活力达到显著差异;(3) 滞育个体和非滞育个体在幼虫未龄期、预蛹期和化蛹初期,CAT活力未发现有显著差异。
Changes of catalase (CAT)activity in the aestivating and hibernating pupae of the cabbage moth, Mamestra brassicae were systematically tested. The results were as follows. (1)No differences of CAT activity were found between the aestivating pupae held at summer high temperatures and those held at a constant temperature of 15℃. (2) The CAT activity of hibernating pupae held at winter low temperatures was significantly higher than that of hibernating pupae held at a constant temperature of 25℃. (3) There were no significant differences of CAT activity in late larval, prepupal and early pupal stages between diapausing and non-diapausing populations.
