摘要
实验采用雄性SD大鼠心脏缺血再灌注模型,观察缺血预处理心肌组织MDA含量、SOD和CAT酶活性的变化。结果表明:缺血预处理组大鼠心肌SOD、CAT活性显著上升(P<0.05),MDA含量显著减少(P<0.01)。以上结果提示:缺血预处理对大鼠心脏的保护作用之一可能是通过提高SOD、CAT酶活性,减少脂质过氧化反应而实现的。
Changes of MDA contents and SOD, CAT activities in ischemic/reperfused rat myocardium with ischemicpreconditioning were investigated. The findings showed that SOD, CAT activities with ischemic preconditioningwent up significantly(P<0. 05)and MAD contents were obviously reduced(P<0.01). It is conc1uded that oneof the protective effects of ischemic preconditioning on the myocardium of the rat was brought about by raisedSoD, CAT activities and reduced MDA contents.
