摘要
本文报告了使用经阴道超声引导穿刺治疗110例(117个)盆腔囊性肿块的结果,治疗有效的百分比,并发症的发生率及治疗失败和成功的原因。结果显示其总有效率为90.4762%。我们认为经阴道超声引导穿刺治疗盆腔囊性肿块是一种有效的且相对安全的方法。
We report here 110 patients with pelvic cysts treated by puncture under transvaginal ultrasound guidance. This paper narrates follow- up data,percentage of complications and interprets why the treatment failed or succeeded. The results showed that total effective rate is 90.4762 %. We concluded that puncture treatment under transvaginal ultrasound guidance for pelvic cysts is an effective and relatively safe method.
