摘要
目的:探讨尿毒症患者血液透析前后左室肥厚及心功能改变。方法:应用多普勒超声心动图测量37例尿毒症并发左室肥厚患者血液透析前后ICST、LVPWT、LVMI、EF、FS、LA、E、A、E/A。结果:透析后IVST、LVMI、LVPWR、LA、DCT明显减少,FS、EF、E、E/A明显提高。结论:透析后左室肥厚明显减轻,心功能明显改善。
Assessment of Effect of hemodialysis on left ventricular hypertrophy and dysfunction in uremic patients. Methods: Doppler echocardiography was performed in 37 cases of uremic patients with left ventricular hypertrophy and dysfunction before and after hemodiaysis for 5 months, the parameters of left atrial(LA) diameter, diastolic septal thickness (ICST)、 LC posterior wall thickness ( LVPWT)、 LV end-diastolic diameter(LVDd) 、LV mass index(LVMI) 、LVejection fraction (EF) 、LV traction shorting(FS) 、E and A maximum velocity(E, A) 、ratio of (E/A、 E descent time (DCT) were measured.Result: The IVST、LVPWT、LVMI、LA、LVDd、DCT significandy reduced,and the EF、E、E/A significandy increased after hemodialysis.Conclusion:Hemodialysis can significandy reduce the LVMI and improve the cardiac function.
