摘要
本文运用轻重工业生产函数,通过使工业总产值或工业净产值达到最大,定量地研究了轻重工业的最优协调比例问题。作者认为,轻重工业的最优协调比例不是一成不变的,而是不断变化的,它不但与轻重工业的技术进步速度有关,而且还与工业总投资和职工总人数的增长有关。
This paper studies the optimal coordination rate problem of light and heavy
industry quantitatively by means of their production functions through maxi-
mizing the gross or net value of industry.It is considered that the optimal
coordination rate of light and heavy industry is not constant but variable,so
it relates not only to their technical progress speed but also to the increment
of total investment and labour force of industry.
