摘要
针对装甲装备种类多样、结构和性能复杂、难以实现通用化自动测试等问题,基于ABBET标准,提出了一类通用的自动测试系统体系结构;分析了该体系的结构特点,介绍了体系构成和主要功能等;之后对相关关键技术,如基于多Agent的测试资源建模、集成故障诊断方法、通用技术状态评价方法等分别进行了介绍;最后介绍了基于该体系的装甲装备某型检测系统,对其硬件结构进行了分析;该体系实现了装甲装备的通用测试,满足了多样化测试需求,已经得到广泛应用,提升了装备测试和保障水平。
To solve the problems such as numerous sorts,complicated structure and performance and hard to build general-purpose ATS for armored equipments,a kind of general-purpose ATS architecture is presented based on ABBET.The characteristic of this architecture is analyzed,then the structure of architecture and its function modules are presented.Then some key techniques such as the test resource models based on Multi-Agent,compositive fault diagnosis method and general technical condition evaluation method are introduced.A kind of test system based on this architecture is presented and its hardware structure is introduced.This architecture can be used in general-purpose ATS for armed equipments and satisfies diversity of test requirements.It has been used widely and advances test and maintenance level of armed equipments.
