摘要
直升机旋翼共锥度值是直升机旋翼动平衡试验中测试的一项重要指标,它关系到直升机的安全和各方面性能,针对在旋翼高速旋转的动态下进行旋翼共锥度测量的特点,设计了一种基于光斑成像的直升机旋翼共锥度测量方法,给出了系统基本构成和测量原理,并进行了系统误差分析;该方法是一种非接触式的测量方法,在测量旋翼锥度差的同时,还可以测出桨叶的桨距角,可实现对直升机旋翼共锥度较高精度的测量;该方法具有较高的实际应用价值。
Helicopter rotor dynamic balancing of rotor taper is an important parameter measurement.It directly affects the performance of helicopter mobility,security and so many key indicators.Rotor rotating at high speed for a state system of measuring the characteristics of taper values,a taper measurement for helicopter rotor based on spot imaging method has been introduced,while a more detailed description of the system,basic structure,basic principle and system error analysis has been introduced.It is a non-contact measurement.It can measure the blade pitch angle beside measuring the rotor taper,and can be realized on a total of helicopter rotor taper high precision measurements.The method has high practical value.
