摘要
目的观察股神经阻滞、骶管阻滞联合氯胺酮-丙泊酚静脉麻醉在小儿下肢前内侧手术中的应用。方法 75例行下肢前内侧手术小儿随机分成3组:股神经阻滞联合静脉麻醉组(A组,n=25),骶管阻滞联合静脉麻醉组(B组,n=25),单纯静脉麻醉组(C组,n=25)。结果术中A、B组循环功能较C组稳定(P<0.05);肢体不良自主运动、喉痉挛、呕吐等不良反应较C组少(P<0.05);术后A、B组苏醒较快,与C组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论股神经阻滞、骶管阻滞联合静脉麻醉在小儿下肢前内侧手术中麻醉效果确切,不良反应少。
Objective To observe the femoral nerve block and caudal block combined with ketamine-propofol intravenous anesthesia in anteromedial lower limb surgery in children.Methods 75 children who underwent anteromedial lower limb surgery were randomly divided into three groups：femoral nerve block combined with intravenous anesthesia group（group A,n=25）,caudal block combined with intravenous anesthesia group（group B,n=25）,simple intravenous anesthesia group（group C,n=25）.Results The circulation during operation in group A and B was more stable than those in group C（P0.05）,while body negative self-movement,laryngospasm,vomiting and other adverse reactions were less than that observed in group C（P0.05）.The patients in group A and B woke faster compared with group C（with significant difference,P0.05）.Conclusion The femoral nerve block,caudal block combined with intravenous anesthesia in anteromedial lower limb surgery in children has exact anesthesia effect and less adverse reactions.
