摘要
目的观察电针配合牵引并超短波治疗神经根型颈椎病的治疗效果。方法将105例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分成两组:超短波组53例,在电针、颈椎牵引的同时给予超短波治疗;对照组52例,仅给予电针及颈椎牵引治疗,并观察两组治疗后临床症状的变化。结果两组患者治疗后症状、体征均有减轻或消失,两组间疗效比较有显著差异(P<0.05),超短波组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论电针配合牵引并超短波治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效优于电针结合牵引治疗。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traction and ultrashort wave in treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods 105 cases of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups：ultrashort wave group（n=53）and control group（n=52）.Patients in the ultrashort wave group were treated with acupuncture combined with traction and ultrawave,while those in the control group received only acupuncture and traction.The clinical symptom changes after treatment in both groups were observed.Results After treatment,the symptoms and physical signs in both groups relieved or disappeared.The comparison of curative effect between the two groups showed a significant difference（P0.05）.Patients in the ultrashort wave group obtained better efficacy than those in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traction and ultrashort wave is superior to only acupuncture and traction in treatment of cervical spondylosis.
