摘要
目的 小切口无缝线人工晶状体植入术,减少术后散光的探讨.方法 我们开展小切口无缝线非超声乳化囊外摘出人工晶状体植入术40例.结果 术后7天验光,矫正视力≥0.5者34眼(85%),>1.0者6眼(15%),散光平均值0.89±0.61D与大切口散光平均值1.97±1.25 D相比有显著差异(P<0.05).结论 经济实惠,效果满意,操作简单,易推广开展.
To study the effect of small incision sutureless IOL im- plantation for deminishing the post-operative astigmatism. Methods Surgery was done in 40 cases (40 eyes) . Results Seven days after operation,34 eyes(86%) corrected visual acuity over 0.5,6 eyes (15%) corrected visual acuity over 1.0,and the astigmatism average is 0.89±0.61 D that differs much from the 1.97±1.25 D astigmatism average of large incision (P<0.05). Conclusion The operation is economical, satisfactory,practicable,and easy to popularize.
