摘要
目的 探讨氯所致眼外伤的临床处理和防治措施.方法 在总结17例病例的治疗中,遵循眼化学伤处理原则的同时,采用了自血疗法.结果 所有17例(34眼)均痊愈,无任何眼部并发症遗留.结论 球结膜下注射自血对氯所致眼外伤有一定疗效.须加强职业性眼外伤的预防工作.
To study the clinical management and preventive measures of ocular chemical burns caused by chlorine. Methods We reviewed 17 cases (34eyes) with chemical burns cause by chlorine. Auto-blood was administered by subconjunctival injection while providing systematic treatment. Results All of 17 cases (34eyes)were cured perfectly, and no complications were found. Conclusion The results indicated that autohemotherapy is an effective and safe way of treatment for ocular chemical burns. Active measures for the prevention of occupational ocular injury may be desirable.
