摘要
护理专业形象对护理学科的发展影响重大,护理专业被社会确认是专业价值发展的最终成果,而改变护理专业负面的历史形象影响,重塑21世纪护理新的专业形象和社会地位,是寻求专业发展的关键点。为此提出几点对策:(1)提高护理教育层次,加强护理专业特点的显现;(2)拓展社会对护理专业需求的点与面;(3)注意导正社会不完整的护理专业形象;(4)确立及扩展护理人员的角色与功能,重塑护理专业新的社会形象;(5)引入高科技手段,对护理人力资源科学利用和管理。
For coordinated, sustained, stable development of hospital services, nursing care faculty should: have far reaching developments in theoretical and practical ranges and complexities, though the details regarding how this will be achieved still need to be elaborated; in fields of education and research, use the valuable experience, increasingly diverse types of skills and a-bilities of nurses to the greatest advantage; provide structured career for nurses having a kind, friendly disposition and dedication to the profession, with scope for further advancement, teaching and research work; develop clinical practice and management guidelines in specialized areas through corresponding standards committees, as an effective approach to recommend desirable innovations, improve resources usage, assess the benefits of nursing care services.
