摘要
历代伤寒注家对《伤寒论》中“胃家实”之注释有两大失误，一是未能考文理以明医理；二是误将“胃家实”当成了阳明病病机。作者结合原著从撰写体例和训诂学两方面分析论证，认为阳明病有由太阳病、少阳病转属和由阳明本经所发。三种不同成因的阳明病，而“胃家实”乃是阳明本经所发阳明病的症状。
The authors consider that medical scholars of various schools in the past ages studying Tretise on Febrile Diseases made two mistakes in interpretation of Weijiashi expounded in the Tratise on Debrile Diseases. One was its vague medical theory for lack of exact study of writ-ings, and the other Wriijashi was mistaken as the pathogenesis of Yangming disease. On the basis of the original, the authors made analysis and verification according to its stylistic rules and layout as well as explanation of words in ancient books. And they put forward that there are three different causes of Yangming diseases including those derived from Taiyang diseases and those from Shaoyang diseases and those from Yangming Channel itself. Weijiashi is just the syndrome of Shaoyang Channel
