摘要
以桑塔纳轿车前悬架焊接总成焊接生产和管理的实际生产需求为背景，在所开发的焊接质量数据库中应用SPC方法，对焊接生产过程及产品质量状况进行分析和监控，确保整个生产线生产能力的稳定。该数据库的建立，为各级技术和质管部门随时获得生产质量情况的反馈提供了有效的手段。
In order to ensure stability of production capacity of the complete production line, the SPC method is appliedto a developed welding quality data base so that welding production procedure and product quality situation are analyzed andmonitored under the hackground of practical production requirement of welding pioduction and management for the Santanacar front suspension welded assembly. Establishment of the data base provides effective means for technical and quality controldepartments of various level to get at any time the back feed of production quality situation.
