摘要
2010年,广州地铁密集开通了6条新线。在新线建设及运营筹备过程中,车务运作的筹备组织至关重要。从提前介入新线的设计和建设,编制新线规章制度,车务人员培训,新线物资准备,新线调度指挥权、属地管理权、设备设施使用权接管,运营联调、演练等方面介绍了6条新线开通前的车务运作筹备方法与经验。
Since the operation of Line 1 (the first section)in 1997,by the end of 2010, Guangzhou Metro had continuously opened eight lines, i. e., Line 2,3,4,5,8 and the north exten- sion of Line 3, APM(Automatic Passenger Transport System) line and Guangzhou-Foshan Line, thus formed a network with a total length of 236 kilometers and 144 stations. As one of the core modules of rail transit operational management, the trans- port operation provides services for the passengers directly, its level has De, en reflected in the quality of the rail transit opera- tion management. Therefore, during the construction and prep- aration of new lines, the organization of the transport operation is essential and important. This paper discusses the experience of the preparation and organization of 6 new lines' operation since 21)1 I).
