摘要
按照地铁设备的功能、重要性和成本消耗,利用波士顿矩阵对其进行分类分析。针对不同类型设备的特点,从维修模式、规程创新、管理制度创新、文化创新、技术创新等方面优化设备维护方案。通过设备维护方式创新,提高了运营设备的可靠性、提升了设备可利用率、降低了设备维护的机会成本,实现了运营效益、效果和效率的最大化。设备维修管理模式的创新为打造全面协调可持续的经济节约型地铁提供了重要支持。
Based on the function, importance and cost of metro equipments, this paper makes a classification of the equipments by using Boston matrix, and optimizes the e- quipment maintenance schedule with innovative mainte- nance mode, management system,new culture and technolo- gy. Through innovative exploration in equipment mainte- nance, the equipment reliability and utilization rate have been raised while the maintenance opportunity cost is cut down, the operation benefit, effect and efficiency have reached the maximization. The innovation of equipment maintenance mode paves the way for building a coordinate- ly sustainable and economic metro.
