摘要
为解决城市轨道交通企业集团管控模式选择问题,以城市轨道交通多元化业务板块为基础,对集团管控模式进行了三维度分类,即管理控制、组织结构和治理结构。结合城市轨道交通企业的特殊性,分别对三个管控维度进行了分析,并阐述了三者之间的相互影响或匹配关系。
To deal with the selection of urban mass transit group control mode, base on the diversity business segments of UMT, this paper categorizes the group control mode in three dimensions, they are management control, organiza- tion structure and governance structure. Combined with the unique features of UMT enterprises, the paper analyses the three control dimensions respectively,and discusses the mu- tual influence or the matches in between.
