摘要
分析了传统机用虎钳装夹费时费力、效率低的缺点,并有针对性地设计了一种快速夹紧装置。阐述了该装置的结构和工作原理,并对其中的关键零件夹紧圆杆和弹性夹套进行了优化设计,取得了良好的效果。
The weak points of time and energy waste and low efficiency of traditional machine vise clamping devices are analyzed and a type of fast clamping device is designed.The structure and working principle of the device are stated and the optimal design of the key components like clamping rod and elastic clamping sleeve is made,with a good result obtained.
