摘要
根据森工用轻便型单轨车系统设计的特点,对单轨车可能出现的故障形式进行详细分析,提出了单轨车运行中可能出现的故障类别;结合单轨车的制动安全性要求,针对经常出现的故障类别制定相应的安全制动对策,以保证单轨车在运行中的安全性。
According to the design characteristics of portable monorail vehicle system intended for forestry industry,the fault forms that may occur in monorail equipment is analyzed in detail,with the fault types that may occur during monorail vehicle operation presented;combined with braking safety requirements for monorail vehicles and in view of common fault types,relevant safe braking countermeasures are made to ensure the safety of monorail vehicles in operation.
