摘要
结合西宝南线水泥就地冷再生试验段,研究了水泥就地冷再生基层的施工应用。对试验段的旧料取样进行筛分、配合比设计试验,和外掺量、最佳含水量、最大干密度、抗压强度试验。依据工程实例介绍了冷再生基层施工工艺流程和施工质量控制要点,并现场取样测定无侧限抗压强度、含水量、灰剂量、压实度等技术指标,检测结果满足路面基层的规范要求。
Combined with the cement cold in-place recycling construction of test section on south line of Xibao Expressway,the sieve test,mix proportion test with old road materials,tests of additive content,optimum moisture content,maximum dry density and compression strength were all done.On the basis of actual project,the construction process and quality control were introduced,and samples were taken to determine unconfined compressive strength,water content,cement content,and compression ratio etc.The results indicate that technological index could satisfy the regulation requirements for base course.
