摘要
目的探讨夜交藤高效液相色谱研究。方法取夜交藤药材(5批次不同产地)进行高效液相色谱研究。结果取得不同产地批次的夜交藤药材指纹图谱共有峰相对峰面积。结论 RP-HPLC法测定夜交藤中二苯乙烯苷及蒽醌类成分的含量测定方法能够对夜交藤药材进行标准质量控制。
Objective To investigate Caulis Polygoni Mutiflori by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods Caulis Polygoni Mutiflori medicine（5 batches of different origin） for high performance liquid chromatography.Result lots of different areas made Caulis Polygoni Mutiflori fingerprint peaks relative peak area.Conclusion（RP-HPLC） method for the determination of stilbene Caulis Polygoni Mutiflori anthraquinones glycosides and the assay method can Caulis Polygoni Mutiflori the standard medicine quality control.
