摘要
本文分析了中国西藏边贸的现状及基于地缘政治前提下所面临的一系列问题,并将西藏同南亚三国、南盟间的边贸、贸易关系与云南、广西同东南亚邻国、东盟间的边贸、贸易关系做了系列对比,并在上述基础上分析了"西藏通道"的优越性,展望了"西藏战略"的可行性和"中国-南盟自由贸易区"的乐观前景。
This paper analyzes the present scenario of Tibet's border trade and the existing problems caused by geopolitical factors.Tibet's trade/border trade with the SAARC in general and with its three South Asian neighbors in particular is comparable with the trade/border trade of Yunnan and Guangxi with their Southeast Asian neighbors/ASEAN.The advantages of the 'Tibet Corridor,' the feasibility of the 'Tibet Strategy' and a promising outlook of 'China-SAARC Free Trade Area' are explored here.
