以空间啮合理论为基础,精确推导了包络面的数学模型,提出以矩阵为实体造型提供数据来源的方法,实现以平面二次包络环面蜗杆为例的精确实体造型,为包络面的传递特性及其设计制造的深入研究提供一个准确的实体模型。
Based on the theory of conjugate surface, a mathematical modeling of enveloped surface is deduced accurately. A new matrix method providing data to the solid model is advanced, and an example of the plane double generated enveloping worm is accomplished. The new method supplies a solid model for study of transferring characteristic, design and manufacture of the enveloped surface.
