摘要
研究了国际航运市场的运力供给特征；提出了海运运价函数概念并分析其特征；指出了导致国际航运市场兴衰的根本原因是运力供给过剩；归纳了国际航运市场的一般规律并提出国际航运企业扭转国际航运市场不景气的几点建议．
This paper analyses the property of shipping power in present shipping market and comes up with the concept of function of the shipping price and the shipping power .It points out that the chief reason leading to recession is the surplus power of shipping,Hence it puts forward some rules for international shipping market and several suggestions for a complete change of recession in the international shipping market.
