摘要
过敏性鼻炎属中医"鼻鼽"范畴,其病因病机是肺、脾、肾三脏虚损,加上风寒、异气之外邪侵袭而致鼻窍不利,临证多将本病分为肺气虚弱、肺脾气虚、肾精亏虚三型。回顾近20年相关文献,针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎有效率多在80%以上,且方法多样,除传统针法、灸法外,还有多种外治法。在不同疗法中,穴位的选择各有特点,如针法选穴多远近配合、标本兼治,或从病机入手,选肺、脾、肾三经之穴,或根据"经脉所过,主治所及"选手足阳明经、手足太阳经、足厥阴经等循行经过鼻部的经脉穴位。灸法多取足太阳膀胱经的背部腧穴,扶正固本。其他外治法以中医理论结合西医手段,开阔了治疗思路。
In traditional Chinese medicine,Allergic Rhinitis（AR） has a name called＂Bi Qiu＂,its etiology and pathogenesis based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine is that if a person＇s lung、 spleen and kidney are weak,at the same time cold and wind or singular qi has attacked his body,he will have those symptoms of Allergic Rhinitis.＂Bi Qiu＂has three syndromes which are lung qi deficiency,lungspleen qi deficiency and kidney essence deficiency.This article has reviewed related literatures in the field of acupuncture-moxibustion for AR in the last20 years.The effective rate of this therapy is more than 80%.There are many ways of acupuncture-moxibustion for AR.In addition to traditional acupuncture and moxibustion,there are many other external treatments.And different treatments use different points.Acupuncture often treats AR with near and far points together.Some of those points are included in three channels of lung,spleen and kidney to tonify haslets·Others are included in the channels which go through nose such as the hand and foot yangming channels,the hand and foot taiyang channels and the foot jueyin channel.Because points can treat diseases of any parts which are on the way of the channels.Moxibustion uses the points included in the foot taiyang bladder channel on the back to reinforce the healthy qi.Other external treatments integrate traditional and western medicine to provide more ideas to treat AR.
