摘要
高校文化素质教育中大学生艺术团的发展水平参差不齐,特别是工科院校大学生艺术团存在大学生艺术素质总体偏弱、校园文化艺术氛围不够浓郁、大学生参与艺术教育的意识不强等诸多问题。管理体系专业化、活动形式多样化、社团文化特色化是工科院校大学生艺术团建设的一些规律性特点,是促进工科院校大学生艺术团健康发展的必然举措,必将在工科院校文化素质教育中充分发挥应有的作用。
In the college quality education,the quality of university students＇ arts groups varies considerably.Especially those issues involved with university students＇ arts group in engineering university exist that the overall artistic quality of students is weak,the cultural atmosphere is not rich on campus and students are not interested in participating in artistic education.This article intends to find a regular pattern in the construction of university students＇ arts group in the quality education of engineering university from three aspects,which are professionalized management system,diversified activities and specialized community culture,in order to promote the healthy development of university students＇ arts group in engineering university and make the arts group play a positive role in the college quality education.
