摘要
国家治理需要自学考试,自学考试促进国家治理。诞生于20世纪80年代的自学考试,是我国国家治理的一项重要制度创新。自学考试的产生和发展,顺应了世情、国情和民情,对国家治理具有显著的政治、经济、文化和教育功用,并为国家治理作出了巨大的历史贡献。自学考试制度已经并仍将为我国迅速崛起和民族伟大复兴发挥重要作用,并在推进国家治理中占有重要地位。本文将就自学考试制度对国家治理的功用、贡献以及今后创新等几个方面进行分析。
National governance needs the self-taught examination system, at the same time, the self-taught examination system pushes the national governance forward. The self-taught examination system,which was born in the 1980s,is an important system innovation in institutional innovation in China. The birth and development of the self-taught examination system keep up with the trend of thetimes. The self-taught examination system has played a prominent role in rise of nations and national rejuvenation. It has contributed tremendously to the national governance because of its political function, educational function, economical function and civilization function. This paper studies the functions, contribution and innovation of the self-taught examination system.
