苯乙烯丙烯酸酯聚合物表面施胶剂的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 SAE表面施胶剂是由苯乙烯、丙烯酸及其脂类单体共同聚合的产物。由于其工艺简单,成本低廉,而且具有良好的成膜性和耐水性,因此在表面施胶领域的应用越来越广泛,但这种乳液的耐溶剂性、耐磨性、耐候性、抗老化性等性能还不够理想。近年来,国内外为提高SAE表面施胶剂的综合性能对其进行了大量的改性研究工作,主要从以下两方面进行:一是引入功能性单体;二是采取新的乳液聚合方法来改善乳液的性能,在研究过程中通常将两种方法结合使用。引入功能性单体,如有机硅/氟、环氧树脂、水性聚氨酯等可以增强其耐水性、表面强度和与纤维的结合强度等性质。采用新的乳液聚合方法,如无皂乳液聚合技术可以大幅度降低乳液聚合中乳化剂的用量,成膜性能和环保性能有较大的改善。 The styrene-acrylic emulsion surface sizing agent,copolymerized by styrene,acrylic acid and its lipid monomers,was applied more and more extensively for the simple processes,low cost,good film-forming abilities and high water resistance.But the solvent resistance,abrasion resistance,weather resistance and aging resistance of these emulsions were not so ideal that domestic and abroad reasearchers recently have done a lot of work,which mainly consisted of two parts: 1) introducing functional monomers,2) using new emulsion polymerization methods to improve the emulsion properties,to improve the comprehensive properties of SAE surface sizing agent.Usually,the two methods are often combined in the research process.The way of adding functional monomers,such as organosilicon,epoxy resin and polyurethane into the emulsion can improve its water resistance,surface intensity and the bond strength with fibers,and the other way of using new emulsion polymerization technology such as soap-free emulsion polymerization,can reduce obviously the amount of emulsifier to improve the film-forming abilities and environmental protection performances.
