摘要
目的设计军队医院卫生战备信息系统。方法利用多种技术,实现系统的任务分析、分队管理、药材装备、文书管理、战备训练、平转战、信息查询、初始设置和系统维护等模块功能。结果实现了军队医院卫生战备工作管理、训练与考核的自动化,提高了军队医院卫生战备工作管理、训练的效率和水平。结论研制的系统适应目前军队医院卫生战备建设和训练需要。
Objective To design the military hospital medical war preparedness information system. Methods The multi-methods were applied to realize the modularized function of mission analysis,team management, medical logistics,document management,medical war preparedness training,peacetime-to-wartime medical service,information inquire,initial setting and system maintaining.Results The objective had been realized as automation of military hospital medical war preparedness management,training and evaluation,and the efficiency and level were enhanced of military hospital medical war preparedness management,training and evaluation. Conclusion The system meets the need of military hospital combat readiness construction and training.
