摘要 目的探讨胶质瘤血管内皮细胞(GVEC)在胶质瘤瘤细胞浸润过程中的作用。方法通过免疫磁珠分离肿瘤血管内皮细胞,Tanswell研究内皮细胞对胶质瘤细胞的迁徙和侵袭能力。结果将内皮细胞与胶质瘤细胞共同培养后能显著增加其迁徙和侵袭能力,并能增加MMP-2,9蛋白的表达。结论血管内皮细胞与胶质瘤浸润的过程密切相关,通过增加MMP-2,9蛋白的表达提高浸润的能力。 Objective To explore the effect of glioma vascular endothelial cells ( GVEC ) on the invasive properties of glioma ceils. Methods Vascular endothelial cell were selected with MACS beads, migratory and invasiveness of glioma cells was analyzed in matrigel matrix, in vitro. Resluts Co-culture of vascular endothelial cells and glioma cells could enhance their migratory and invasiveness each other,and increase the experssions of MMP-2,9. Conclusion Vascular endothelial cells could enhance the invasive ability of the glioma cells by induced the experssion of MMP-2,9.
