摘要
对当今处理涉外侵权行为的法律适用与发展以及在我国的理论实践，作了全面的比较评介，并对我国现行的涉外侵权行为的法律适用制度之不足提出建议。
This article makes an overall evaluation of the law application to the action of the infringement of the rights about foreign affairs,the development and the theoretical practice in our country and puts forward some suggestions on the deficiency of the application of law to the action of the infringement of the rights about foreign affairs.
