摘要
目的:观察放置MYCu IUD和MCu IUD的临床效果。方法:对135例已婚育龄妇女分为观察组(A组)和对照组(B组),观察组行MYCu IUD,对照组行MCu IUD,对两组术后第3、6、12个月经量增多、腰腹疼痛、白带增多等不良反应指标作对比分析。结果:观察组在放置后3月随访中经量增多、腰腹疼痛、脱落率、带器妊娠率等各项指标均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在放置后6月及12月随访中两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MYCu IUD是一种方便、高效的IUD,具有出血少、腰腹疼痛轻、脱落率低、续用率低、不良反应明显减少等优点,值得临床推广使用。

Conclusion： MYCu IUD is a convenient, efficient IUD, with less bleeding, waist and abdomen pain light, fall off rate is low, the renewal YongLv low, adverse reactions significantly reduced, etc. Worth clinical spread the use of it.
