马来酸曲美布汀联合复方消化酶治疗功能性消化不良疗效观察被引量：1

摘要目的观察马来酸曲美布汀联合复方消化酶治疗功能性消化不良疗效及不良反应。方法按照罗马Ⅲ诊断标准选择我院门诊85例患者随机分为2组,对照组使用莫沙比利5mg,3/d,治疗组使用马来酸曲美布汀200mg,3/d,复方消化酶2粒,3/d,疗程为4周。结果两组临床疗效比较其中治疗组显效33例,有效18例,无效3例,总有效率91.11%,对照组显效19例,有效10例,无效11例,总有效率72.5%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论说明两种药联用可明显改善FD患者的多种症状,且不良反应轻。
