摘要
介绍了采用间歇式活性污泥工艺(SBR)处理聚酰胺废水的生产运行实验。运行结果证明:当进水COD,NH3-N和聚酰胺物质的质量浓度分别为2 901~3 923,201~223,1 504~1 636 m g/L时,出水COD,NH3-N和聚酰胺物质的质量浓度分别为98~117,14.5~24.6,25.7~41.8 m g/L,去除率分别为97% ,91% 和98% 。采用该工艺处理聚酰胺废水具有投资少、运行稳定、处理效果好、运行费用低等特点。
The polymide processing wastewater treatment by sequenching batch reactor (SBR) was introduced.The results showed that the influent COD,NH 3 N and polyamide were 290 1~ 3 923 mg/L,201~223 mg/L and 1 504~1 636 mg/L respectively,the effluent COD,NH 3 N and polymide were 98~117 mg/L,14.5~24.6 mg/L and 25.7~41.8 mg/L respectively,the 97%,91%and 98% of removal rate of COD,NH 3 N and polyamide were reached respectively.SBR has the advantages such as low investment,low operation cost and high removal efficiencies etc.
