摘要
对气体雾化快速凝固AlFeCuVSiNiCeZr 铝合金不同尺寸粉末的组织和显微硬度进行了研究, 在细粉末中有球状弥散相形成, 基体无明显的组织特征, 随着粉末尺寸的增大, 组织从显微胞晶转变到片状共晶组织, 在> 97 ~125μm 的粉末中有大量针状平衡相形成。测定了不同尺寸粉末的显微硬度, 并对粉末的组织和硬度之间的关系进行了研究, 粉末的显微硬度主要受三种强化机制的影响, 不同尺寸的粉末, 起主要作用的强化机制不同。
Investigations were carried out on the microstructure and microhardness of gas atomized,rapidly solidified Al Fe Cu V Si Ni Ce Zr aluminum alloy powder with different particle size.The spherical dispersoids are formed in the fine grained powder,but the Al matrix appears featureless.With the increase of powder particle size,the microstructure will change from micro cellular to lamellar eutectic structure,large quantity acicular equilibrium phase is formed in the alloy powders with 97μm~125μm particle size.The micro hardness of the alloy powder with different particle size was determined and the study was conducted on the relationship between hardness and structure.The micro hardness of alloy powder depends mainly on three strengthening mechanisms,which varies with the change of particle size of powder.
