摘要
采用心理学的身体自尊量表(PSPP)与一般自我效能量表(GSES),通过教学实验,探讨不同性别的高中学生经过长拳练习以后其身体自尊和自我效能感产生的变化,进而分析长拳演习对高中生能否产生显著的独立影响。
This paper investigated to put to use the physical self-esteem meansurements,general self-efficacy meansurements and the teaching experiment.Changquan drill for interventionTo discus the effect of these students' physical self-esteem and self-efficacy by Changquan Wushu exercises.And then,and then analyzes the changes of Changquan drill can cause Significant influence.
