压痕法测量材料表面的残余应力和硬化指数 被引量:1

摘要 残余应力和硬化指数的研究一直是工程界最为热点的问题之一。文中采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS进行一系列的仿真来分析硬化指数和残余应力对压痕响应的影响,得出结论:1)材料的硬化指数和残余应力对压痕响应均有影响,但硬化指数的影响比残余应力的影响大很多。2)从反演结果与输入值的对比可以看出,采用压痕法测量材料表面的残余应力是可行的。 Remaining stress and hardening of research has been a hot topic of the civil engineering field. The use of finite element analysis software ahaqus a simulation to analyze hardening index and the remaining stress response to the mark,and draws conclusion:(1) The hardening index and the remaining stress response 10 the mark. however, more than hardening of the residual influence of a lot of stress.(2) By the performance of the input values thai adopts pressing mark to measure the sarface of the material remains of stress is feasible.
