摘要
针对近海小浮标布放时和在位运行期间易受自然或人为损坏的几率较大的现状,在总结研究所多年研制、生产和维护近海小浮标的经验和知识,提出了一种基于经验分析的近海小浮标布放方法,有效地指导小浮标的布放和维护,该技术的推广应用表明,该技术可以提高小浮标的布放和维护效率、工作效率和作业安全性。
For small offshore buoys laying and working vulnerable in natural or man-made damage situation, the more likely to summarize the research institute for many years in the research, production and maintenance of small offshore buoy knowledge and experience. Based on the analysis of the offshore small buoy cloth, effectively guiding the throw and maintenance of small buoy, this technology application shows that this technology can improve the throw＂ and maintenance of small buoy efficiency, work efficiency and safety.
