摘要
[目的]观察护理干预对小儿包皮环套术患儿手术效果的影响。[方法]将260例门诊手术室行小儿包皮环套术患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组130例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,采用全程护理干预。比较两组病人的手术效果。[结果]观察组患儿术中恐惧、疼痛程度及术后水肿程度均低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组患儿切口愈合率高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]对小儿包皮环套术患儿进行围术期护理干预,可减轻患儿术中恐惧、疼痛程度及术后包皮水肿程度,促进切口愈合。
Objective：To observe the influence of nursing intervention on operation effect of children undergoing prepuce cover circumcision surgery.Methods：A total of 260 patients undergoing children prepuce cover circumcision surgery in outpatient operating room were randomly divided into control group and observation group（130 cases in each）.The control group was given routine care;on the basis of routine care the observation group cases accepted the whole range of nursing intervention,then to compare the operation effect of both group patients.Results：The dread,pain in the operation and postoperative swelling degree of observation group children were lower than that of control group（P0.05）,the incision healing rate of children in observation group was higher than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：perioperative nursing intervention for children undergoing prepuce cover circumcision surgery can reduce dread,pain in the operation and postoperative prepuce swelling degree and promote the healing of incision.
