法舒地尔联合尼莫地平对老年性痴呆的疗效 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨法舒地尔联合尼莫地平治疗老年性痴呆的临床疗效。方法将106例老年性痴呆患者随机分为2组,每组53例,选取尼莫地平联合法舒地尔为治疗组,单纯性尼莫地平治疗为对照组。应用简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、言语流畅性测验、数字符号替换对治疗前后患者进行评分。结果治疗组有效率为90.57%,对照组有效率为66.04%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比治疗组经治疗后MMSE、ADL、言语流畅性测验、数字符号替换评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中治疗组患者MMSE、言语流畅性测验、数字符号替换分值均较治疗前显著增加(P<0.05),ADL分值有明显减低(P<0.05)。结论法舒地尔联合尼莫地平对老年性痴呆有比较良好的治疗效果,可改善患者智能缺损和执行功能,并提高其生活能力,疗效优于单用尼莫地平治疗,且无明显毒副作用。 Objective To investigate the curative effect of Fasudil injection combined with Nimodipine on the Alzheimer disease of elderly patients.Methods 106 elderly patients with the Alzheimer disease randomly selected and divided into 2 groups.53 cases in control group were treated with Nimodipine,while 53 cases in treatment group were treated with Fasudil injection combined with Nimodipine.The score was detected before and after treatments according to the MMSE,VFT and ADL.Results The MMSE and VFT score increased obviously and the ADL score decreased in treatment group after treatments(P0.05).The total efficiency in treatment group was 90.57% versus 66.04% in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Compared with Nimodipine,Fasudil injection combined with Nimodipine has a better effect on the Alzheimer disease of elderly patients.
